The aim of the game is quite simple- prove that you are a true word Nazi. You have to show your mettle in terms of your vocabulary and prove that you are the best and the quickest at forming new words. There are over 50 challenging levels- each of which will test your vocabulary and your word spelling skills. The game itself is quite simple. Bubbles of different colors and with letters written in different styles will move in from different directions. You must pop the right ones to form words out of these letters.

That’s not all there is to the game though. Each level comes with a new challenge. As you reach higher levels, the difficulty level increases. In the single player mode, challenges are like spelling word that being with a certain letter or end with a certain letter. The conditions get tougher as you move up the levels. You can view the progress of your friends in the form of a level map and also on the leader board.

There is a multi-player mode too in case you feel like taking a friend one on one and proving your skills against him. You can pick how you would like to compete with a friend. You could go with short or long words or play against time or play a quick or leisurely game. Pick a style that suits you and you think you are good at. There are a number of power ups that can be used to your advantage too.

Alpha Quest requires iOS 6.1 or later versions and an iPod Touch, iPhone or iPad. It requires 54.8 MB of free memory space as well.
