When problems arise, the vendor is responsive and helpful. Onsolve tool is useful for sending out mass notifications and mobilizing IT resources to respond to significant incidents, but I’d like to see more integration with ServiceNow.

The integration of InformaCast Mobile as a Voice/SMS notification system with our existing on-premises Emergency Notification System was seamless. The technology’s installation and configuration were straightforward, occurring entirely within the InfomaCast system’s plug-in interface.
The new application’s configuration was simple and mirrored that of the previous third-party Voice/SMS notification service used before switching to this solution. Data feeds were simple to create, and the interface to the notification system is not only for the average IT user but also for those who live outside of IT and have high expectations of using the system.

Informacast has proven to be a dependable paging solution in the past. It does not provide any monitoring for paging adapters. This can be inconvenient since we’ve seen adapters go down for a few days and only realized it once someone complained about not hearing a page. Informacast, on the other hand, is extremely simple to set up and manage.
