PDF Pro is an online tool used to Create, Edit, and Convert PDF files online. I had success with it because it was a quite useful tool. It is fast, easy, and accurate; giving not only optimal quality, but delivering it effortlessly like an online tool should. Also, you can add, text, images, and symbols; it’s really easy! There were definitely pros and cons that I found through using this online tool. The pros certainly outweighing the cons, but if you are going to review something, you need to tell the honest truth. First I will talk about the pros of this tool, and then I will talk a little bit about the cons, and then I will finish off with my summary of the tool overall.
One of the pros of this tool is the ability to upload a file and convert it to a PDF in one click. It is also efficient that you can edit your PDF as well, adding to it whatever your mind pleases. Another useful aspect of this tool is that you are able to merge two PDF’s as well. This worked out great for me personally, using pictures for my PDF. The next feature is the watermark feature, which is personally one of my favorites. This is useful because it is text/imagery used in displaying copyright information. I also quite enjoyed the fact that you could export your PDF, either through Email, or print it. If you choose Email, you will be prompted to write down the Email address/addresses of the people you are sending it to, and a column to enter a personal message as well. Optimization is important if you want your PDF to fit your standards or to whatever standards are set. You can reduce the size of the PDF if you feel that it is too big. Do you have PDF’s you wish you hadn’t converted? No problem! You can always delete the file and that’s useful because who wants files that they messed up on to just stay on there forever? That’s it for a pro review feature, next is the cons.
My complaints on this tool are few, and relatively minor. One of these cons is the watermark. I feel like it is not pushed to the back of the picture enough. The second one is the fact that you only have three credits to export PDFs. My third and final con is that you can only reduce the size of the PDF, and not expand its horizons as well.
Overall, I enjoyed using this PDF tool. It was a professional tool that I could see myself using in the future if I ever needed to convert, create, and edit a PDF file. It was effective because the commands were easy to understand, and it was optimal for customization due to the different variety of settings that are put in use. It is an effective tool and I give it a four star rating based on actually using its features and familiarizing myself with them.
